For any privacy questions, contact Fiona via the contact form.
What personal information we collect
We may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Messages and conversations with you (email, Facebook/Instagram Messenger, and text)
- Any details you provide that are needed to complete your order (for example measurements, garment notes, and reference photos if you choose to send them)

- Arrange delivery and aftercare support
We only collect what we need to do the job.

We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics and advertising - Meta Pixel
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and our website uses the Meta Pixel. This may collect information about how visitors use the site (for example pages visited and actions taken) using cookies or similar technology, so we can measure advertising performance and improve marketing.

Terms and Conditions
Stag Stitches - Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all custom-made, hand-sewn dance items and related services provided by Stag Stitches.
Service availability
Our service is available to New Zealand customers only. We do not take orders from outside New Zealand or deliver outside New Zealand.
Orders and communication
We confirm order details and agreements through email, Messenger, and text. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. If the scope changes (for example different materials, design changes, or additional items), the quote may change - we will discuss and agree this with you before proceeding.
Timeframes and delivery
All timeframes are discussed and agreed upfront and depend on:
- The size and complexity of your order
- What other work is already in progress
If delays occur, we will communicate them as early as possible.
Custom work - no change of mind returns
Because our items are custom-made to your requirements, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
In New Zealand, consumers are not automatically entitled to a refund just because they change their mind.
Important: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If an item or service does not meet the guarantees required by NZ consumer law, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue).
Measurements, fittings, and customer responsibilities
To achieve the best outcome:
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and attending fittings (if arranged).
- We will work with you to confirm details before and during the making/alteration process.
- If an item no longer fits due to body changes after work is completed, adjustments may be treated as a new alteration service.
Care and wear
We will provide care guidance where relevant. Damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow care instructions may not be covered, but we will always discuss options with you.
Faults and remedies
If you believe there is an issue with workmanship or the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible with clear details (and photos if helpful). We will work with you to assess and resolve the issue in line with NZ consumer law obligations.
Website and marketing
Our website may use tracking tools (including the Meta Pixel) to measure advertising performance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
